i just need basic steps because i nedd it for my business environment class. is there a site where can i find steps making a nonwoven bag “eco-friendly bag”?

In my city we collect our kitchen waste in Green boxes but the biodegradable begins to break down and by the time ( One week) they come to collect the green boxes the bags are leaking and the recycling people will not collect. This will take up space in your freezer. For the 1st three days of the new pickup cycle, freeze the waste in the freezer and leave it there until 2 days before they pick up. Then take it out of the freezer and put it in the green box 2 days before they will pick up. The bio trash that is 2 days out from being picked up will go straight into the green box bypassing the freezer, because it will not spoil fast enough for them to avoid picking it up. Good Luck…..
