Is this a good cage for a budgie alone?

This is a perfectly sized cage for a single Perico. But remember, if you get a parrot then you have to give much attention.

Where can I find an affordable and easy to clean the cage of Guinea pigs?
I have to find a site or a store that sells cheap easy to clean the cage of Guinea pigs. I thought of something as expected or Marchioro Luna Spa type cages (they have removable grilles .. so I would not damage Guinea pig feet). I'm looking for something with wheels … on the ground .. a removable bottom (for easy cleaning) … and preferably under $ 150 was one I found. Best answer = 10 points. Thank you.
