How do I set a guinea pig cage?

So I'm putting two female guinea pig and I'm thinking of putting in AC & c cage. How I set it? All I know is that I need coroplast, newspapers, linen, wool and straw. Is there anything else that I need? How big should the cage and how do I set it up. Is it true that you must set the cage in a different way in the fall / winter than in spring / summer?
