What kind of bird is easier to breed Finches or Parakeets?
And what do they need for successfully breeding…like what size cage,food,etc. and what is the budget?
Hi! Good day. I will say it will be the parakeets they will give you lots of birds; I tell you this by experience I bath a couplet of parakeets like about a year or so and now I have 10 of them they breed fast and easy they can laid almost every month if you allow it. finches are so delicate and if you don’t have them in a quit place they won’t laid or if they do they will hutch their eggs but the birds with the noise won’t last they’ll die. So hope you good look and that you’ll find a good laid female ‘cause as good the parakeets are there will be times that females are mean and will eat the birds or kill them or kill also the male. Parakeets

Cockatiels are medium-sized birds and they require a lot more from their owners than previous two bird species. They are incredibly intelligent and loving companions and they have the capacity for language. With practice and diligence you may be able to teach your cockatiel to speak, however they are often just content to whistle and mimic common household sounds such as a telephone. Cockatiels come in a variety of vibrant colors and they live until they are about 20 years old.

It all depends on what you want out of a pet bird. If you want a pet bird that is social, curious, and that you can tame, then parakeets are for you. Keep in mind that one parakeet is easier to tame than two, and will bond closer to you than two of them. If you buy two parakeets together, they tend to bond to each other. You’ll need to tame your parakeets separately. This means taking one of the parakeets into a different room to tame it. Parakeets are easily distracted and difficult to tame together. Parakeets make great pets.
If you want a pet bird that you can watch flying around its cage, see playing, and hear singing, then a finches may be for you. Society finches are hardy birds and make pleasant sounds. They need a large cage, length being more important than width, in order to stretch their wings and fly. An even number of society finches, like two, is a good number. Buy two same sex society finches unless you plan on breeding them. Society finches are good breeders, so be prepared for plenty of baby finches if you buy a male and female. Male society finches are the singers. Society finches can cheer up your mood. They are quiet birds and great for anyone in an apartment.
