Is it ok if someone who was 190 lbs to get their belly pierced?
i want o get my belly button peirced this summer and ive been working out and stuff and i going to keep working but i so anxious for the ring i want it not should i get it or wait until the end of summer when ive lost the weight?
just because your 190 pounds does not mean your fat, I know people who weigh that much and they look about 140. If you are working out now definitely wait until the end of Summer because working out with a newly pierced belly ring hurts .. good luck and have fun getting that belly ring!!

LOVE IT, LOVE IT!
We started using these diapers when my 1 year old developed a horrible blistery rash while using Huggies. We tried cream after cream without success. Then we decided to switch the diapers. We purchased these at our local health food store at a hefty price. But within days the rash was gone. We have tried to return to Huggies but the rash returned as well. I am so happy to find the diapers at Amazon for a fraction of the price. I am a 7th Generation believer. It makes me feel better that I am using something with less chemicals on my daughters sensitive skin. I highly recomend these diapers!

I love the 7th Generation diapers. We use cloth diapers most of the time on our now 14 month old, but when we travel and the occasional night, we use 7th Gen. No blowouts, no rashes, and I love knowing they are just that much better for the Planet and her hiney.

I really like these diapers. Especially since I cloth diaper at home. I was travelling to the mainland for the summer. It isnt always convenient to cloth diaper while travelling. So I ordered these to be shipped to my in laws house. They came super fast. And I am not worried about them hurting the environment. They are plain, but I dont need designs. I would recommend them. How can I lose excess fat above my belly button? I am not fat, im 5’3 and weight 117 lbs but i have extra flabby fat around my tummy area. Any suggestions??
RUN… you can not pin point somewhere in the mid-section and make the fat magically go away.
Maybe try one of the as seen on tv ab machines; moreover, how about shock therapy…Not! lol
Just do cardio and then once your consistent you should get into crunches and such.
And DO NOT fall for online schemes like the one below this message.
