Ultimate Nest
Films that reveal it’s greatness after multiple viewings?
To me, Blade Runner is the ultimate one. I watched it first time and thought it was just an average flick. After 3 viewings, it’s my all time favourite. Another is One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.
What films did you not particular like at first, but after a few more viewings, you ended up really liking?
I just said the other day that I need to see “Blade Runner” another time. I did not like it back in 1982, and haven’t seen it since, but I may like it better now! It seems to be so well regarded that I owe it to myself to try again.
“Pulp Fiction” took me about 3-4 viewings before I really got it, and I recently saw it again with my nephew, and got still more little things that I had forgotten/missed on earlier viewings!
